Dependencies

Checked on demand. This page is the only thing that runs these checks, so the numbers are from the moment you loaded it.

Backups

Recorded by the backup job itself, only after it succeeds — so a failing backup ages here exactly as a missing one does.

Background queues

A queue can exist, accept work, and silently never run it. That is the failure worth watching for, because nothing errors — email simply stops arriving.

Settings

Every change is recorded in the audit log with its previous value. Integration credentials live on the Integrations screen.

Folder grouping

How new job folders are grouped in SharePoint. One level per line — account, county, year. Empty means flat, which is where this starts and is right until a customer has enough sites to need grouping. Changing this affects NEW folders only; existing ones move from the Folders screen.Health check timeout

How long each dependency gets to answer on the health panel below, in milliseconds. Clamped to 100–30000. Raise it if a slow link makes SharePoint report a timeout it does not deserve.
