Email threads bound to the jobs they belong to, so a project's correspondence lives with the project.

This area is not built yet. The foundations it depends on — the database schema, access control, the audit trail and the job queue — are in place, so the work here is the feature itself rather than the groundwork.
When it lands you will be able to:
- Read every email thread attached to a job, in order
- Send from the shared mailbox with a job token that keeps replies threaded
- Triage unmatched mail — nothing is ever dropped, only queued for a decision
- See exactly why a message was skipped, rather than wondering where it went
In the meantime, Admin → Integrations is where you connect the services this area will use.
